"With the help of this judgement, the Aurangabad office will have over very cheap ugg Rs 36 crore at its disposal to disburse among PF members working in various co operative sugar factories in Marathwada.Dismissing the bank's special leave petition (SLP) on October 8, 2009, the SC bench, comprising justices G S Singhvi, B N Agrawal and Aftab Alam, upheld the right of the PF office.While commenting on the apex court's decision, Chaudhary said, "The SLP (no. 15243 of 2007) was very cheap ugg filed by the MSCB on whether the sugar bags pledged by the Kannad and Gangapur co operative sugar factories, in favour of MSCB as security for repayment of loan, could be very cheap ugg attached and sold for realisation of PF dues under the Employees very cheap ugg Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952."The MSCB had filed the SLP following the Bombay High Court's order in civil application No. 1680 and 1681 of 2007, filed by S V Tonk, the then PF commissioner. The very cheap ugg HC order had upheld the priority of dues under Section 11(2) of the EPF and MP Act, 1952 and had allowed the then PF commissioner to withdraw the amount lying deposited in the bank after very cheap ugg auctioning the sugar bags of Kannad and Gangapur factories that he had attached in 2003.The EPFO, Aurangabad, had attached 3.38 lakh sugar bags belonging 10 co operative sugar factories across Marathwada on various dates between 2001 and 2003 to recover employees' PF dues to tune of Rs 18.82 crore.
