While I would love to submit my suggestion directly to Runescape

In theory, since offensive bonuses no longer come form armor If a safespotting archer or mage is a good archer/safespotting mage/archer then wearing inferior armor shouldn’t make me any more disadvantage than someone with the most powerful armor RS Gold. Is that correct?

While this isn't a question about armor spiders are able to be crushed easily. What are their weaknesses? What can I do to determine which element of a spell is best in dealing with them, or which kind of weapon to choose? Do I have to forget about the use of melee against them?

I have heard that most weapons are now balanced. Do you think this applies to armor too? AKA Chain mail, would it be able to crush opponents without losing defensive bonus? Medium and square shields as well have they received any updates that make them viable? I must admit the new update is hugely complicated and I'm trying to figure out the basics. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
